3T RPD Ltd was established in 1999 and named after the 3 disciplines in which it operates; Technology, Techniques and Training; and the market it supports; Rapid Product Development.

Based in Newbury, Berkshire, we have enjoyed unparalleled growth within the UK Rapid Prototyping industry, and remain unchallenged as the UK's largest Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) provider, supplying prototype components and models to world-famous clients in many demanding industries, including Aerospace, FMCG, Architecture, Automotive, Medical, Marine, Defence and Pharmaceutical.

In September 2006 we moved into new purpose-built premises and our suite of six SLS machines, together with our comprehensive range of SLS materials, enables us to uniquely apply the optimal machine and material to meet our customers' Rapid Prototyping needs.

In May 2007 we increased our manufacturing facility by a further 6,000 sq. ft. to house our new Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) capability. We have invested heavily in the technology that puts us at the forefront of our industry, and with two EOS M270 machines, we have one of the largest UK facilities.

We consistently produce accurate, functional, durable and complex parts in both SLS and DMLS, with the best surface finish and mechanical properties that these technologies can provide, in the shortest lead-times possible. Our post-processing workshops and paint facilities enable our skilled modelmakers to ensure every last detail is taken care of, generating models that are comparable to the final manufactured item.
