Rapid Prototyping in Metal
Seminar
3T's ongoing commitment to share its knowledge and highlight the latest
technologies available, resulted in a highly successful Metals Seminar being
run in June.
Rapid Prototyping has had a dramatic effect on the timescales required to
produce plastic components.
But what about the production of metal parts?
The Seminar quantified the developments in the prototyping industry, from
direct metal parts through the production of patterns for investment casting,
and highlighted the strengths, weaknesses and issues that must be considered
if investment casting is to be successful.
Held at New Greenham Park, Newbury, 3T's Seminars are relaxed and informal,
with registration and coffee at 10am, followed by the presentations and
a buffet lunch.
There is also an opportunity to take a guided tour of the 3T facility and
you can be on your way by mid-afternoon, depending on how many questions
you have!
If you are interested in attending a future Metals Seminar, please complete
